We use first-party statistics to understand how people use the Innotude, ARI and mAItrix websites and improve their content.
Page paths, page views, approximate country and region, browser and device category, referring website, time a page is visible, and clicks on public links and controls. Referrer query strings and form contents are not collected.
When you submit the main website contact form, we store the name, email address, optional organisation and message you provide so the Innotude team can respond. These messages are private correspondence, available only to signed-in administrators in our Cloudflare account. They are separate from anonymous usage statistics and are not removed by the 90-day statistics cleanup. Contact info@innotude.co.za to request removal of an enquiry. Clicking an email address opens your email app; this website cannot record what you write or send there.
We do not know your name from a visit. Your network address and browser information are used briefly to produce a daily anonymous visitor estimate. The raw address is not stored, and the daily identifier changes each day. Network location is approximate. We do not use persistent tracking cookies or identifiers.
The usage tracker respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. You can enable these in a supporting browser, or block the usage script. The websites remain usable without statistics collection.
Statistics are stored in Innotude’s Cloudflare account, retained for up to 90 days and visible only through password-protected administration. They are not sold. Administrator sign-in uses a secure session cookie that expires after eight hours.
